Stuck in Neutral letter to the author

Dear Mr. terry Truman

Hi my name is Najma and I am writing these letter for you after I read your book "Stuck in Neutral" actually 
I am impressed in your writing skills' and I enjoyed reading this book .

Your book attract me from the beginning I felt that Shawn was real character .

 First, Shawn's background gave me a great shock. But, at later time, I was impressed by the attitude of Shawn who thought that living was joyful.

 Your topic is harsh but it is also very realistic and good. It made me sad and laugh at the sametime.  And I liked Shawn even with his Deficit he was still believeing in him self .

Honestly I didn't know about the Cerebral palsy and what is his effect in the body , when I first heard about it I thought that the person who have these disease can't even think , but after I read your book I realize that they can be a normal person inside and think like us .

in your book you didn't tell us whether Shawn's father will kill him or not . at the beginning I was very shocked that his father is planning to kill his own son but after I kept read the book I was confused  whether killing Shawn is right or not because Shawn suffered from seizure and if I were his dad I can't watch my son in pain in front of my eyes , but what I can do for him or what I will think about, this was a really difficult question for me  . I think this was a good point in the book that we can discuss it with others and listen to their opinion.

I don’t want to make it a long letter for you but I've learned a lot of things from your book and I have great respect for you and I well read your other books .

How are you I am writing for you to recommend a good book  . I know how much you love reading books and how much your taste in books is very hard and you don't read any thing it must be interesting and have a message.  

 The book that I am talking about is called “stuck in neutral” it is a really great book that I recently read and I am sure that you will like it to. Stuck in Neutral is the heartbreaking tale of a young boy his name is Shawn he has cerebral palsy which is a damage in the brain that you can't move a muscle or even move your eyes.

But inside his broken body, Shawn believes himself to be a genius. But unable to prove this power to anyone around him as he is unable to communicate. That is really hard just Imagine your self like that you cant tell any one what you are thinking about it is like butting you In a jail or maybe worse. The main thing that Attracted me to read this book was the writer Terry Trueman he has a son who is suffered from the Same problem as the main character and that’s make him able to put a great emotion in his book and understand whet he is talking about and feel his character's problem.

This book just makes you want to keep flipping the pages. It’s one of those books that gets you saying, ”I wonder what’s going to happen next.” This book also shows you how to have faith in yourself and Believe what you can do even if feel that it is imposible. I don't want to tall you more about the book so you can read it by your self and I hope that you like it . please tell me your opinion about the book latter.

After 20 years acctully Iam not sure what my life whould look alike but i dont know what I will do for a career and thats really bothers me becase I want to have a draem to Achieve it but I think I still have enough time to think but Im sure that I want to have a beatfull family and I want to help my mother and father for anything that they ask and always take care of theme .
althout that I dont have a dream but I want to be sucssful and I will do an important thing for my country and I want   to see myself as a responsible person whose name must be remember in all the over the word I hope that I will be happy and proud of what I did .

destiny

1) Explain how this theme appears throughout the movie.  In the movie slumdog millionaire

every thing happened to Jamal was his own destiny from the beginning till the end . to be in the program who wants to be a millionaire is not that easy and no one would think that some one like Jamal the boy from the slums to be there it was his destiny to be on that chair some day . Another thing make the destiny is the main theme in the movie it was the last question although Jamal didn't know the answer but he get it right that was written for him that he will wen that day. And I think  the most strong reason that make destiny the main theme in the movie was the love between Jamal and Latika since they were young he kept losing here but finely he found her that was there destiny to be together again after all this time. Jamal him self believe in destiny and that shown in the movie  

 Jamal Malik: I knew you’d be watching. 

Latika: I thought we would meet only in death. 

Jamal Malik: This is our destiny. 

  2) Explain if you believe in destiny or fate. Why or why not? 

I believe in destiny and fate because in my religion we should believe on them and I think is really make sense to me that every thing is written to you from something bigger than you who will decide how your life would look alike and as a Muslim I am always Convinced of what happened to me and I don't complain because I know that is my destiny and its already written so I live happily.

the song that I chose is for a really famous singer in Arab countries the name of the song is "امي" which is mean mother in Arabic so obviously  is talking about the mother and how important she is n our life he is trying to reach  peoples heart and make them feel what the mother did for them and he is describing how he become a man because of her he is saying that "Mom" always gives tender love, warm heart and good care to us she can do anything and build a happier life for us. That's why mom is so special always gives us true love I am not sure which instruments he use in this song  but i think he used piano and Arabic instrument called"aod"  .

papa lalo

We all can see how harry hated the  truth that he will live with his grandfather . at the page 65 when Harry  changed the channel to his grandfathers favorite telenovela but the old man didn't come in het up and stuck his head out he found his grandfather with his body slumped to one side there is was no singing no rocking nothing at all in this stuation harry didn't care about what was happening to his grandfather he was only thinking about how would he explain to his mother and sisters how he found him dead he didn't fell that his grandfather was dead he was for him just an old man . by the time harry and papa lalo become close to each other and the same stution happend agin at the page 76 harry changed the caneel to his grand fathers telenovila he clled out him but he didnt anser so he look at him he didnt seem fine he did every thing so he can get up again he was scared that shows they become close and start to care about his grandfather and start to see him as areal grandfather not just an old noisy man.

The answer for the second question :
im not sure but i think Harry purned the suit becaus he didnt want to remaber his grandfather when he was nice to him so he will feel bad and sad .

what is love?

I think love is a feeling in your heart  you feel it when you meet the right person and its when you feel high seeing that person smile. It is  happiness and joy when you are around that person and when you are together you think that you Owns the world. In my opinion i dont think that love is about giving gifts on St. Valentine's Day and saying poems I believe that Love is when you care about someone else to the same degree that you care about yourself or maybe more and you feel that you need that person so much and your relationship is very strong .love is not a think that you can avoid it is a feeling that you will feel it someday . love is when you meet that person and you think you want to with him for ever this is love.
